12.–14. septembril toimub Tartus V Spas Eesti Akadeemiline Farmaatsia Selts ja Tartu Ülikooli farmaatsia instituudi rahvusvaheline farmaatsiakonverents „Today’s science, tomorrow’s healthcare“ ,mis keskendub jätkusuutlikule farmaatsiale.
BBBB konverentsil kajastatakse farmaatsia teadusarenguid kogu valdkonna ulatuses alates ravimikandidaatide avastamisest kuni patsientide nõustamiseni. Konverentsi avaloengu annab hiljuti ametisse asunud maailma esimene jätkusuutliku farmaatsia kaasprofessor Mia Siven Helsingi Ülikoolist.
Kolme konverentsipäeva sisse mahub üle 50 loengu, mis tutvustavad kuulajatele kõige uuemaid teadustöid farmaatsias. Lisaks loengutele on konverentsi ajal võmalus osaleda elektrospinnimise töötoas ja tutvuda Kvartali keskuses asuva teadusgaleriiga. Galeriis näeb kaunemaid jäädvustusi ravimiteadlaste igapäevasest tööst, kus teinekord tundub, et teadustöö sarnaneb rohkem kunstile. Fotogalerii on kõigile huvilistele avatud Kvartali keskuse teise korruse galeriiseinal 12.–18. september.
